Classic all the way. Dave Mason's music was melodic and innovative. And he had 'something really to say' in his lyrics --- in contrast to now!

The sound quality is pretty good and there were no scratches on the CD.

The copy I received was just like new! I read the Tom Robbins novel 40+ years ago and thought it was "Far Out! I even made a note of where the main character stayed on Maui. It was THE PIONEER INN in Lahaina --- and I was inspired enough to book a room there a few years later - and it was the coolest bohemian-type hangout back then. STILLLIFE WITH WOODPECKER is a shaggy dog like story that meanders around at the wildly inventive whim of Tom Robbins! Thanks.

This is a classic film in my book! The story is gently humorous and mildly absurd. The lead character is a wonderful, hapless character caught up in a tragic moment of Czech History when the ruthless Nazi army overwhelm this much smaller, much kinder country and its people...
