Well worth every penny and my friends are really impressed with the Banta Models I Have Built.
Like all Banta Models the Tram House is extremely well designed and all the lazer cut pieces are exactly cut to the size and shape needed. This kit is for the experienced Modeler and I wouldn't recommend most any of Banta Models to the novis modeler as they do require great care and experience while assembling. Don't get me wrong the novis modeler can easily build any of the Banta models I would just recommend they read all the directions TWICE and take your time and you'll end up with a quality reproduction of some great Buildings and structures.
For all those Experienced Modelers out there this was a great Model to assemble and detail. I highly recommend ALL Banta Models to anyone that wants exact reproductions of real structures from actual railroads of the past 150 years
