perfect replacement
Fits perfect. Works great. Hose slides up and down nicely. Not too tight. Perfect replacement.

Brand New. Works awesome. My Dyson vacuums great now. My old head was worn out. Has plenty of power so I would say its an original Dyson Product for sure. Came in Dyson box in a plastic bag, but didn't have any sorry of bubble wrap in it to keep it from bouncing around during shipping. Slowly it took 5 days before it was mailed. Overall, took 8 days to arrive. So not bad but could be improved. Add bubble wrap. Mailman is rough these days.

Nice Quality but not perfect.
This is my 2nd set, the newer version changed the nut to an 4mm Allen key which is fine unless you dont use red Loctite or you happen to overtighten the Allen nut and break the allen nut in 2. Or the Allen nut falls off and you need to buy more Allen nuts. But what killed it for me was snapping HR hex pins after 1 pack on 2s. I decided to buy MIP axles and 17mm hubs to be done with all the issues. Yes HR hubs do work and I love HR stuff. But if your running hard then I would either not go 17mm and stay stock or buy the MIP setup.
