Very entertaining period piece centered in small 1930's English village.
"Spinster" writes hometown novel. It sells like American hotcakes!.Author D. E. Stevenson (niece of Robert Louis of Treasure Island fame) captures amusing idiosyncrasies of her characters. This is definitely a book to be read and enjoyed by discriminating women - older and younger. Very charming and highly recommended!
