Very useful product
Very good for catching spiders and insects on the wall but is no good for those on ceiling as door won't shut.
You have to take great care when turning the catcher to close the door that the insect etc does not get its legs trapped.
I have used the product several times now and it is really good, just catch the insect and go and let in free outside hassle free
Just wish the longer handled one had been an option as this would have been better.
