Excellent product

Currently in Central Qld. Up until today our mobile broadband connection was terrible, particularly during the 9-5pm and 6-8pm periods. (we are talking typically fast sites like BOM, SMH etc just failing to load) Plugged it in, and bang. Immediate and massive improvement on everything. Dong expect miracles because there just isn't a lot of signal around here anyway, but its suddenly made Regional Australia Optus (Ovo) usable.

May not work correctly in a BMW X5 e53 3.0L (2005)

Looks well made and it probably is. However on installation into my 2005 BMW X5 e53 3.0L The car definitely lost power and started running very roughly. Swapped back to the original MAF and all OK. Will try again in a week or so and re-review if it works properly next time

This product does not operate as advertised

This product does not operate as advertised. 1. Wireless relay: does not work 2. WiFi HDD: does not recognize the HDD by wireless (can read HDD when connected to USB3 - but so what, we buy this for the WiFi HDD access) 3. Instruction book in Chinese, even then you will need a magnifier to read it. 4. There is no online manual. There is no support. 5. Research online shows a lot of skilled, knowledgeable and frustrated buyers. If you already have one and are reading this then here is what I can tell you: a) Turn on b) Login in your browser to 192-168-169_1 (use dots not dashes) c) Password: kimax Good luck getting it to recognize the HDD and repeating from a WiFi router.
