  Fair and honest seller here! Reached out fairly quickly that they lost the card and offered to refund and potentially replace with a different card. Appreciate being quick, proactive and upfront since mistakes do happen and I have had experience with other sellers who will drag their feet until pushed or will just cancel orders with zero communication.
