One of my favorite teas ^_^
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I first bought this simply because I wanted to try Nutmeg Tea and see what it tastes like.
Now I know, and I love it.
But the other reason I bought this is because I have trouble with insomnia and I've tried numerous remedies with little results.
This tea however, works really well for my insomnia and I would definately recommend anyone to try this if you too have trouble sleeping.
But also because I think it tastes great.
Also, if you want to, you can add a drop of milk to this tea. I personally think it tastes even better with a splash of milk, but thats up to you ^_^
