  Seller refused to honor the completed and paid transaction, simply because they didn’t like the sale price. This is a direct violation of eBay’s Seller Policy. Claimed they “notified eBay” but never officially canceled through the platform. Still shows as active. Completely unprofessional behavior. Be very cautious when dealing with this seller – they may cancel your purchase if they change their mind.
