The best headphones you can get for that price.
Treble and highs are insanely clear and well defined. However, bass lacks a bit when either gaming or listening bass-based musics. You sure won't hear that "boooooom" that blows your mind away on the theaters, however the headphone still provides a relatively nice bass level.
This baby has really showed up what my onboard sound was made of. You might wanna get a high-end soundcard as well, and if you do, please don't go with the low-end Creative's because they suck... hard. I've learned that the hard way.

PS: One of the speakers died out of nowhere after a couple of months, differently from my old low-end Plantronics headphones which hold its ground for almost 8 years straight. Don't think I'm buying another Audio-Technica product again even thought they sent a new speaker for free.
