Excellent chair, great price
very good, solid structure which feels sturdy when sitting in chair. the chair is very comfortable and roomy (I am 5ft 10 and weigh 12 stone, it easily fits my frame) I add a couple of flat cushions for extra comfort because I use the chair a lot as extra seating at home. highly recommended and I will definitely buy another once I've worn this one out. excellent value.

excellent self help book
Richard Carlson was a prolific writer and clearly had an interest in Jungian psychology. This book is an extremely effective self help book if you are prepared to follow the guidance and put Carlson's ideas into practice on a daily basis. Very easy reading, no previous knowledge of Carl Jung or psychology needed to gain a lot from using this book. It's one that you'll return to again and again over the years.
