  Got a bunch of shirts instead of my order (gucci heels), was asked to return it w no apology whatsoever, been a week and have been contacting them daily for a refund, no response, no communication even though they were texting daily for me to ship back their shirts but now that I did no one is responding to my messages, no refund, no money back, no follow up, no gucci heels!!! Its fair to call this a SCAM..

  I apologized for the mix up and offered you a full refund, which was DONE. You took quite sometime to return them to me. Ebay encourages us to NOT refund until we accept and inspect the item upon arrival. You did NOT reach out multiple times. This is a BLATANT lie.
