  Item was as described from the Seller as a NOS Briggs and Stratton part shown by a Briggs and Stratton parts envelope. I received the washer in a plastic zip lock bag. I have no way of knowing if this was a NOS part or not. Could have picked it up at a local Hardware Store and sent it to me in the zip lock bag. No way of knowing. I probably paid too much for the item.

  As stated in the item description, there are items that come with more than one in a package and those items maybe shipped without the original package shown. Unfortunately there is no way to send the original envelope with every order on this type product. I am sorry about your concern but I can assure you the item you purchased is NOS, exactly as stated in my posting. Sorry and thanks for your understanding.
