  I am just reading your review and I am so sorry to hear this. I am surprised to hear that the USPS could break the stems when they are in a 500 lb. test tubes with caps on either end and professional packaging fill to immobilize them inside. Shipped this way a long time and it always arrives in good shape unless the truck ran over it. Priority mail is insured tho so you can get your money back by filing a claim with the USPS. They will require proof but that shouldn't be hard with photos.
