Easy, Light and Effective.

Well, aside from it arriving in a black box (for refurbished units), you would never have guessed that it was refurbished at all. Clean throughout, Fitting the tools to the unit is foolproof - they only click together one way and have a button release. Fresh out of the box and tools attached, I used what little charge there was (presumably for testing after refurbishment) on the living room carpet. A friend called round and she noticed the difference in the carpet straight away. It hasn't looked so clean for a long time. Since tripping over cables has become a problem it seemed a cordless would be the solution. Honestly, I should have bought one well before now. Not only is the unit so easy to use, it's powerful. The amount of dust it sucks up is incredible. In fact, it's so effective that vacuuming the carpets is faster now - the whole house is done well within one charge. I haven't used the wall bracket for it because of my lack of a power socket in an appropriate area, but the pipe is stored in a corner with the box of tools and the unit is on a shelf above it. It's so easy, even for quick pick-ups. There's a tool for hard flooring as well, and a crevice tool and brush. One of my better buys, I'd say.

Love it, but...

The power lead keeps coming out or disconnects if the cable’s nudged. Cheap, though, and works well enough otherwise.
