1 out of 3 isn't good
I bought 2 of these thinking because it was BT branded it would be good so one for me and one for mum. One did not work from the beginning it had a very loud hum on the line (to make it worse it was the one I have given to my eldely mum) I sent it back and it was replaced with no problem however now the other phone (my one) is developing the same fault so I am going to have to return it.
