He then cancelled my order with the reason that there was an issue with my address. My address was correct and attached to my account. I can only imagine he had a better offer elsewhere and pulled the sale because of this. Extremely poor customer care and I’m angry that I didn’t receive the item I payed for with as much as an explanation. During the IT outage that shut the delivery option of Parcelforce down for 4 days !!! . So all his money was refunded , which he seems to feel the need to leave his nasty negative feedback for . All you need to do is look at the hundreds of positive selling feedbacks i have and for the record , i still have the irons . Best to avoid this buyer.

Out performs its price
Excellent tool , if you want it for crank bolt removal , buy one and keep it for this job only on your vehicles. buy another for general use as the torque falls back after 100 stuck wheelbolts , even then it saves a fortune on garage bills.

Very clean and genuine toyota suspension part arrived within 48hrs in excellent packaging , saved me hundreds of pounds and was fitted easily.

Avoid at all costs
Completely hopeless in the rain and allows shaft torque as its spongey like a fat putter grip , so promotes driver inaccuracy. Worst grip I have ever tried .
