Love ThriftBooks, But Not This Order

I’ve ordered through ThriftBooks before and have been pleasantly surprised with the quality of used booked. With that being said, I ordered this book to have the same book cover as advertised and was displeased to get a textbook-looking book with no cover on it. Please be more transparent about the quality of the book and missing pieces, the cover of the book was expected and failed to deliver
