  Paint faded at the top and bottom. Didn't even bothered to mention in the description. Covered it up saying they were small scratches. Refused to take the item back. Had to contact eBay to resolve the issue. Extremely poor experience with this seller.

  I am sorry that a used phone described with scratches it was not what you have hope to receive, the picture and description were used with scratches, so I do not see why I have received my first negation in nearly 9 years of eBay ..
