Logitech Harmony 880
I bought this used, with no noticeable wear. Little did I know that the warranty had expired. I could not get the software to download without "errors" and after several attempts, was able to get it to work from the manufacturer's website. I still encountered problems so I called up the tech support. After 40 minutes on the phone, with no success, I was reminded that there was no warranty on it and I'd need to pay for extra support. In effect, that would've doubled the price of the remote, and I wasn't willing to spend more time or effort on the remote. I'm sure new remotes probably work great, if you're willing to spend the money. (I'm trying to get mine back.)

Mediocre but better than nothing
I bought this headset because it was Plantronics however, it wasn't the same style as my previous one which fit and adjusted better and was of higher quality. My next purchase will be the more expensive headset.
