Just what I was looking for!!
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I recently purchased the Wii Fit. While I certainly do enjoy the Wii Fit, I found the EA Sports Active a great complement to the Wii fitness system.
The advantages of the EAS Active, is the many options. It really does the work for you, just as a personal trainer would. If you choose to do the 30 Day Challenge, the system takes into account your personal profile, and designs a workout plan fit just for you. You can also choose the intensity level so you can increase as you progress from a fitness perspective.
It also allows you to create your own workout, as well as choosing from some pre-designed workouts.
System is well thought out! The results are showing...I have lost 5 pounds in just over 2 weeks.

Kids LOVE this! Very good learning activity disguised as a toy! Hours of artistic fun. So good I ordered 3 sets and will be ordering more!
