  Do not buy from seller. He is a scammer how told me after purchase the hat was a different size and would refund me and never did. He then said eBay had to do it and he couldn’t. I called eBay they said he lied and can do it. He’s a fraud don’t waste your time with this scammer.

  Never scammed anyone! If I did, EBay would have closed my account. Buyer received full refund. Hat was returned becuse there was an issue with buyers address. I asked EBay to refund buyer and offered to send hat again to seller. Ebay said no because buyers address is not confirmed. Confused disgruntled buyer!
