Definitely not new, but not too bad.

Ok, so this is definitely not brand new, the package had a piece of tape to seal it and was missing the weapons. The non-facemask head piece and the yellow armor piece for one of the arms was also missing. Some of the tolerances were a little loose, otherwise the figure was good.
