  Had to contact seller as it was over 2 weeks and the item has not arrived. I sent an email asking where it was. I had a reply that just said, refund issued , no apology or reasons why. I appreciate things happen but I find it rude that there was no customer service what so ever.

  I am very sorry I appeared rude, that was not my intention. My father was taken ill on that day, and I was distracted. I just wanted the clear the decks fast so that I could be with him. I posted your item on the 7/8/23. I am sorry it did not turn up. Please forgive me for not sending a message with the refund.
