a good continual read
A set of books ready for a good Christmas read, My wife is very happy with the books, she likes to have complete collections, and know she can follow up straight away..

detailed book
A lot of research has gone into this book, it saves me doing it. A great deal of details on methodology, cuts of meats, safety, storage, techniques and external equipment. I already have a Codlo, but use the book for other SOUS-VIDE machines. The single page references for each type of food p25, p33, p53, p67, p79, p91, p101 are a joy to read and reference.

informative even for my small town garden.
I have a signed copy of the book, having met him at Dixter years ago, I want to keep the copy pristine so got a second copy to read and enjoy.
