However, one of the items sent was not what I won, and there was an item there that I hadn't won at all. I contacted them and they said they had sent the wrong item by mistake, but that didn't explain the other item - I think they assumed I would accept the wrong item because they had tried to make up for it with an extra item - it didn't. They said they would send me the correct item - they didn't - 2 items for charity shop now.
