Got SB8200 to work with hassels

At first NOT working.. Too two days working with multiple Comcast reps to get modem working... Finally got rep who knew what needed done.. (Almost not worth the "VALUE" hassel in time spent) Update and a re-boot and is now working... But Download connection light on front shows "not good" (BUT modem is working as fast as connection I have 400mbits) still need good wired Megabit router... got NICE cheap used HP Procurve switch to get full network ( W IP Camera's) up and running.... Old man NOOB to this stuff... Learning curve to say the least
