Fast and Easy Food Prep for a great meal
I saw an ad for this cookbook so borrowed it from the library. After a quick review, I decided I had to add this to my cookbook collection. Lots of great recipes with plenty of tips and information on how to "doctor" up things like frozen and boxed foods. This cookbook is perfect for a working family to come up with some great meals that don't take hours to prepare.
