The meter looks to be in good shape. DC voltage tests look good. Still have to check ohms and amps, but so far so good.

A Complete Ripoff.
At these prices I expected a precision machined tool. What I received is a blob of plastic with two blades, worth $20 at most. The tolerances are horrible. It only cuts half-way through the dielectric, and the insulation cut is very sloppy and leaves blobs hanging off the jacket. If this had adjustable blades, none of this would be a problem. Instead you’re faced with lots of cleanup to get the end in shape for a proper crimp.
Save your money and buy a “spinny” jacket cutter and a pair of very sharp side cutters.
