Does not dissolve very well, I have mixed the Magnesium Citrate in water and it will settle at bottom of container, I like to mix a small amount in water, so I do not have to mix it every day when I use it, and I have to shake it every time I go to use it. I am sure the effect of the product are the same and it use is still applicable.
