Yet upon unpacking (the only shipping material used was a sheet of bubble wrap with craft paper over it so she could attach the shipping label), I could see it was clearly used, dirty, and damaged - the screen was dirty and paint was chipped and missing from the metal frame. When powered on, the old owner's account was still registered to the device! Seller wouldn't accept returns, so eBay had to step in.
