If you do your own maintenance, this tool is a must have.
I have used this tool many times now while installing new cables and housings on my large fleet of bicycles. Between myself and my kids we have everything from BMX to Enduro mountain bikes to Road Bikes and I have used this on all of them without a single complaint.

Perfect fit, smooth as butter.
I bought this kit to upgrade my wife's Tricycle (she's short and needed 165mm cranks.. so I installed a 3 piece bmx set)
The frame uses an American style BB and this kit fit perfectly. The bike pedals much better with less flex when pushing hard on the pedals.
