Cute, very tiny.
These are cute. Good 3M adhesive. Very tiny, you can hang a couple necklaces or a cap from them. Not super useful. But I like them.

The hole is too big
The nostril hole is too large on this product.

Tastes awful
L-theanine is great for relaxation & sleep, but this product is the worst I’ve tried as far as taste. If you can get past the sour, chalky, unpleasant flavor... it will probably work for you. For me, no thanks!
