  I didnt ding the seller for it, but seller could have been a little more honest about the shipping cost. The cost was more than half what it actually costed which leads me to believe it was to help with the item price. If a signature was required and/or the packaging was brand new that would explain it too. No signature required and packaging was recycled. Device was not reset, and the screen was not perfect as indicated, it has heavy screen burn. Overall, a good sell for a device in need

  Shipping cost includes handling. I have to go to the post office in town, as we don't have package pickup where I live. It is a 20 mile round trip to the post office. I recycle boxes whenever possible. I did a factory reset before I shipped it. The phone was placed in a protective case right when it was purchased, so there should have been no physical damage to the screen. I am sorry you were not completely satisfied. I have been on eBay for 25 years and strive to please.
