Intstallation problems. Previous trial install of Office 360 wont allow update install of older release Office.

Satisfied with qualifications
This is a great pocket sized radio with many options. You can use it as a high quality simple radio, or you can learn the many complex features to expand its function dramatically. I was excited by the sound quality using a "good" headset. Mediocre with good earbuds. It will take some time to master the more complex features, but it will be worth it. I wish it had mp3/recording capability. I now wish I had purchased new instead of used. Antenna loose. Some imprinted info illegible.
