ONLY BOYS ALOUD conquer!
The content of the CD is outstanding so much so that I would listen to it over and over save the fact that the CD is damaged and does not play at all well. My equipment is not at fault: the issue is the quality of the CD itself purchased via E Bay. Although these recordings are about eight years old now and many of the recording artists have grown up and left the choir, ONLY BOYS ALOUD are really worth listening to because their performance is outstanding and their voices quite magnificent. In truth, there are many 'Male Voice Choirs' in Wales and ONLY BOYS ALOUD was formed, in part, to re-introduce this tradition to the young men of the Welsh Valleys and further afield, this choir is unique in the sound it makes and that sound has a rare quality of youthfull enthusiasm and quality of voice. My mistake was to purchase 'second hand': this CD is worth the extra expense of buying new!
