  Beautiful bike and in a very good condition. Arrived with 2 bolts missing due to packaging issue but seller was very prompt to respond and sent out replacement immediately. Excellent customer care and overall great purchase and buying experience.

  Please note that the bearings have arrived this morning and this is after the order has been cancelled and a refund received. I am quite prepared to pay for the goods if the seller can tell me how this can be done. It now looks as though Royal Mail was the problem and not the seller for which I apologise
