Fuzzy kit
A little intimidating to install, so many parts and I don't want to mess them up. Instructions included which helps a lot. I've purchased kits like this before and they never come with instructions. Great quality. I'll get around to installing it soon.

Using this LAV mic is easy and quiet
I had be using an Audio Technica LAV mic before I purchased this Sanken. The AT was microphonic, every moment the actor made resonated down the cord, it was very sensitive. The Sunken COS 11 is ultra quiet in that sense, no more noise when the talent moves, the cord doesn't pick up anything. Sound quality is as good as it gets for a LAV and it's a huge step up from the AT. Build quality is excellent, it comes in a really nice little case, well packaged. I am very happy to finally have one of these mics, it makes my job so much more easier.
