So many ideas, so little time
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I am thrilled at the number and variety of styles exhibited in one little book. It covers the basics of construction then tops it off with everything from "strictly functional" to purely whimsical detailing. I am SO PLEASED that I purchased this and now am faced with the daunting task of choosing one. This is a super treasure and I consider myself lucky to have chosen it to add to my collection of wood construction and wood craft ideas. Every do-it -your-self-er will find this a treat as well.

Marklin 4-6-2 steam locomotive Z scale
As I have discovered with my other Marklin items, this locomotive is super detailed making it is a pleasure just to watch it run. It appears to be well made with a substantial motor to pull the additional cars.

Mother of the Groom - this is your important role in your son's big day!
OK, so your son's getting married, well his wife-to-be is having a wedding and your son & you are invited. Lovely! Hopefully you will be respectfully inluded in all of the preparations that lead to the big day. This wonderful book covers everything you want to know and then continues with all the things you didn't know to ask. BUY A COPY, underline important details you want to incorporate into your experience. Make notes in the margins. Write your thoughts, your memories - your hopes for their future and your future with this soon to be new couple & family. This will become your diary of one of the most life altering days in your life as a mother. I have different colored sticky tabs extending out of the edges of the pages, for ettiquite, timeline, need to do & "hey - great idea" while I am preparing & awaiting the upcoming wedding. Some tabs have a single word written on them for quick refernce on what pearl of wisdom that page holds. Designate one color for each area of information then attach, say, all the yellows on the top right corner, all pinks in the center of the page, all blues at the bottom corner. Make use of the top of the pages for more tabs as you find helpful. Be sure to stack all the same color tabs in the same location on the pages for each reference, one on the other so that there aren't dozen's of tabs just hanging out. Your book will stay organized with only 4 or 5 sets of tabs neatly grouped together. Make this your wedding bible so to speak. Keep it, the memories it can hold are endless. ENJOY - you aren't there just to occupy a seat among the family members. You do have an important role - if you choose to make it so. Blessings to you Mother of the Groom.
