  Items arrived in good condition. Appears to be a quality items. I bought this based upon comments I read elsewhere about how good these wicks are. Seller shipping could be faster. Items did not ship until about 10 days after placing order. Also, I feel the item description should be EXPLICIT that the nichrome wire is NOT included. Although the description is for a wick, most other sellers include the wire and photos show the wire installed with wick.

  FIRST, and most important the NICHROME WIRE is installed on each and every which and a protective sleeve is installed on each wick assembly. So, it appears that this buyer is either vision impaired or lying or both. SECOND, the shipping time frame are plainly visible to all in the description. So, once again this buyer is visually impaired or lying. We have, over the years, sold well over 10,000 of these wicks and had only one other complaint.
