  Terrible transaction. Beware of this seller. Sold me a $115 hat and packed it in such a way that it was completed smushed and had lost its shape. Had to contact Ebay and file a claim to get my money back. Have reported him since then. Sellers like this should be restricted from doing business on Ebay.

  The hat was in perfect condition both when shipped, received by the buyer and when returned to me. I worked with ebay to report this buyer. He clearly just changed his mind about the purchase. ebay supported my position after reviewing all of the information and pictures and credited me the shipping costs associated with this transaction.
