This vitamin is an excellent source of B5. The vitamins are an excellent value for the price.

Short but very informative
I found this book to be easily read in 30 minutes. It has 41 pages. The content is, however; very informative. Somehow, I just expected more book period a few recipes would have been. And perhaps a step-by-step guide.
