I like the product but it's hard to tell what your buying as far as the tension on the spring.
I had to buy three different ones to find the right tension that I need. I also wanted to give them as gifts but only the 20 kg ones. The 40 kg is way too stiff for most people. I think the 20 kg and 30 kg are about right. You don't tell the kg load on most of them, so I'm a little disappointed that I have two 40 kg ones I can't use .
