Looks like it was printed in draft mode
The text isn't fine and sharp, like a draft mode or low resolution printout. The smallest text is a total blur, not readable. The black background is uneven, with some areas appearing to be faded or lacking in ink. It's noticeably closer to dark gray rather than black, especially when placed next to a black frame or other black object. Maybe at a smaller size, this may look good - but at 24" x 36", the flaws are too obvious.
