Buyers Beware
2 von 9 finden das hilfreich I received this monitor today with a cracked screen, delivered by FedEx. Acer does not package their refurbished monitors well at all. Acer doesn't use any protective packaging material when shipping these refurbished monitors, just a cardboard cutout that doesn't protect the screen. No styrofoam, no air bags, nothing but a beat up cardboard frame. Also they packaged the aluminum stand base right on top of the screen. Don't get me wrong the predator monitors are fantastic, but its not worth the hassle buying refurbished when the quality control is clearly not up to par. On top of the damaged screen the refurbished monitor did not include the usb 3.0 cable nor did it include the power cable that is supposed to come with it. Just the Displayport and HDMI. If Acer took more care in packaging their shipments this wouldn't be an issue. NEVER buying "Manufacturer refurbished" from Acer.
