Good knives at a good price
Easy to use & easy to sharpen; in fact a leather strop is all you need to keep them razor sharp. Easy on the hands (I have arthritis) and easy to control, Quality knifes at a fair price. Almost as good as my Harley Refsal knife. The detail knife is great for eyes and facial components, it could be a little smaller.
