Smooth and lightweight
This product worked fast . Had rash for weeks and after using it for a week skin smoothed out. Stopped the rash from intense itching. Used other products it didn't work. I would definitely recommend this product and order it again if needed.

Easy Meal Planning
The book explaines very well how to get healthy to make good choices. I like there is allot of meal options . Along with that chapter 4 has cleansing plans for breakfast ,l lunch, dinner and snacks up to ninety days which is very helpful. Would definitely order it again.
