Dekton Sander
Pretty good for £19, would have been nice if more than one sandpaper pad was enclosed. No bag for dust, but connected to my vacuum, so probably better.

Lasts a year or two
Looks good, does the job, am satisfied, lifespan is reasonable for the price.
The user might overload it from time to time, string fails after roughly eighteen months, could be due in part to user indifference to the clutch mechanism. Replacing the string in these might be a fuss for some users.

Cheapish adequate fix
Summary: cheap but okay.
Quality: suspect that the items are made of sintered aluminium, so doubt they will last for decades; good quality for the material used, but, obviously, brass or stainless steel would be superior.
Screws: two pairs of screws supplied, one pair domed, the other flat (in my pack); supplied screws' slots give way slightly, presumably due to soft metal, so using a dab of light oil on ends of screws into pre-drilled holes may be an idea, alternatively use your own screws.
