LED burns out (overheat?)
LED burns out in about 3 months, presumably due to overheating. replacement LEDs are inexpensive though. I am going to replace the LED, put some thermal paste - and see whether it will solve the problem.
Added later. When replacing burned LEDs, I have found that the LEDs have not been snagged tight to the radiator due to screws size and shape. Moreover, there were only 2 screws instead of 4 to hold the LEDs. After replacing the LEDs, putting all 4 screws of the right size and shape, the lights work fine for a month.
