  Flash didn't work out of the box, later started working. I know it's a volume seller but there was zero drive to resolve the issue. No response until I started return process. Then the seller said I didn't turn the flash on correctly which was false. I have 8 of these :) In the end I made the flash work by myself. Two extra items that seller enclosed were either not needed or defective.
